Nissan Statium Get Your Act Together

First off - the Vol Walk was not where it was listed on the Web - not sure why this was moved but that was annoying. Second - make sure you eat before you go into the Stadium - Gourmet Cheeseburger? Give me a break and the price will break you. Then we decided to go for a Petro - ummmm - well they ran out of Chili...so it was a hot dog as an alternative - again - nothing to write home about. Someone said that they ran out of water - but we bought it. Third - my seat had a crack in the plastic - spend some money and repair the seats - you sure could use some concession profits to do this. It was great that the Vols came to Nashville as it was more convenient for us - but Knoxville is where it's at! They have their act together and do College Football well. Titans - not so much - but I betcha they didn't run out of Beer.

Ahhh amazing

Im a vol alum, so i knew a lot on the front end. But if you're going to your first football game, heres what you need to know. 1) download your tickets into google pay or some ap you can access them without wireless. Once 100,000 of your closest friends plus about 10,000 students are all in one small area, you arent getting a wireless signal. So download your tickets early. 2) theres no parking on campus unless youre a donor and season ticket holder with a parking pass. So download parking maps and plan to walk up to 2.5-3 miles to the stadium from a downtown garage. If you dont want to walk many hotels offer shuttles or you can Uber. But be prepared for a lot of waiting after the game. 3) Many sections of Neyland have not been renovated. Be prepared to sit in a tight space on old school benches and be prepared for people to be in your personal space when they get up to go to the concourses. 4) we love to stand for the Vols. Youre probably not going to get to comfortably sit and watch the game. You might have to stand up to see. 5) be prepared for it to be LOUD. We pride ourselves on making the home of the vols the most intimidating and loudest stadium for the opponents, especially Florida, Alabama, Georgia, any team coached by Lane Kiffin, eventually Texas, and any SEC school that particularly deserves it in a given season. So somebody is going to be very near you crazy screaming. Just deal with it. 6) plan to enter the stadium no less than 1 hour before kickoff. You absolutely do not want to miss pregame. The game on September 24, 2022 was amazing! It was loud, the band was on it and Neyland was electric. It was worth every penny for the experience. Go vols
